
Ice-Cream S’moopwaffles
These Ice-Cream S’moopwaffles are the perfect summer treat. Delicious gelato is layered up with our Giant Toastin’ Marshmallow and sandwiched between two chewy Caramel Waffle Cookies.
Dip your s’moopwaffles in our meltin’ chocolate and sprinkle with nuts, caramel pieces, desiccated coconut or freeze-dried fruit.

Ingredients
For the Ice-cream S’moopwaffle
- Gelato of your choice
- 2 packs caramel waffle cookies
- 8 Giant Toastin’ Marshmallows
For the toppings
- Meltin’ chocolate of your choice
- Chopped hazelnut
- Desiccated coconut
- Freeze-dried fruit
- Caramel pieces
Instructions
Spread gelato onto a parchment lined rimmed baking tray until smooth. Then allow to set in the freezer.
In the meantime, prepare all your toppings and melt the chocolate as per instructions on pack.
Dip half of the Caramel Waffle Cookies in the melted chocolate and then sprinkle with the topping of your choice. Set aside and allow chocolate to set.
Take the frozen ice-cream and cut out circles using a round cookie cutter.
Assemble your s’moopwaffle. Layer the ice-cream onto the plain caramel waffle cookie, then top with a toasted Giant Marshmallow and sandwich with the chocolate covered caramel waffle cookie.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
