What you'll need

  • 1 large egg
  • 80g soft butter
  • 1 Gingerbread Cookie Mix

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 170C fan/190C conventional/Gas 5.

2. Line two baking trays with greaseproof paper.

3. Pour the contents of your Gingerbread Cookie Mix bottle into a large mixing bowl.

4. Add your softened butter and egg and mix well until a smooth dough is formed.

5. Divide cookie dough into approximately 12 balls, place them evenly spaced onto the trays and gently press them down.

6. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Leave to cool and enjoy!

Once baked you can store your cookies in an airtight container and eat within 3 days.
