Ingredients

What you'll need:

  • 1 large egg
  • 100g melted butter
  • 1 Caramel Biscuit Blondie Mix

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 160C fan/180C conventional/Gas 4.

2. Line a 6″ baking tin with greaseproof paper.

3. Pour the contents of your Caramel Biscuit Blondie Mix bottle into a large mixing bowl.

4. Add your melted butter and egg. Mix well to combine.

5. Spread the batter out evenly in the lined baking tin.

6. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Leave to cool, slice and enjoy!

Once baked you can store your blondies in an airtight container and eat within 3 days.
